“Personalized Inspiration Cards”
A dear friend of mine recently celebrated a milestone birthday so I decided to make her a gift basket with (mostly) handmade items. Admittedly it’s a lot of work, but it was a lovely way to consciously celebrate my friend not only by being together (the best) but also by silently meditating on all my best wishes for her whilst in the process of making. The thought and intention that go into a hand made item leave a visceral imprint.
I had a ton of unused photos piling up on my phone recently so I decided to put them to use by creating a personalized inspiration deck of mini cards. In addition I stitched together an old fashioned cherry pit heat/cold pack (smells so good), a flaxseed & lavender heat/cold mask and mini pocket warmers. I also tucked in a few squares of home made dark chocolate (will share the super easy recipe on here shortly).
In addition to the hand made items I added a pack of Inca Aroma Incense and a scented candle (which I anticipated to make myself too, but ran out of time) to complete this earthy, soul nurturing pampering experience.
